Got the regular sized volcano poutine and I have to say it was really really big a lot of gravy fell to the top nice and warm and very delicious was able to eat it in two sessions. I don't know about their donors but the protein was good and service was quick and the employee was very detailed in what they had and recommendations

Prime time is so good I came. The food was so delicious and the management was so nice and helpful and customer service was so good. I really love it. Me and my family enjoy the food every flava every bite. It was so delicious what I tell you, I love to come every time here and do the business here And very good thing. The management is very very nice. The owner is wonderful. Please come here to try the food is its So delicious

I had a great experience at PrimeTime Donair & Poutine. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and everyone was welcoming. A special thank you to Raja, the manager, who went above and beyond to make the experience even better. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about both the customers and his team. It’s clear he takes pride in running the restaurant and creating a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend PrimeTime Donair & Poutine to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent customer service back.

Absolutely gross, burned and old meat. They don’t have real sliced donairs. If you want chunks of burned hamburger meat this is the place. I rarely ask for refund but for this bad food I want my money back. Would you feed this to your family? I expect a refund, the food was a waste. I want you to exceed my expectations to a refund?

Disgusting behaviour from the staff at this place. I put in notes that I wanted the sauces because they don’t let you pick more than one sauce. I called to ensure I was getting what I wanted I called I said “I want all three sauces how do I do that when the app won’t let me” and she said “we can definitely do that” then failed to do that. I did everything in my power and they messed it up. They are blaming me for their mistake. Telling me that’s not what the notes said, and I’m like okay but I called, I did everything in my power to ensure I got what I wanted and paid for and they are blaming me. I talked to assumably the manager and he too blamed me, told me he was “sorry but it was in the notes” like still blaming me still saying “but” after sorry which makes sorry mean nothing and then has the audacity to tell me to calm down after I explain this has been very disrespectful and disappointing. Thanks for wasting peoples money all across Alberta
