Old and spoiled lettuce?!?! I ordered two spicy wraps and chicken strips through an online order, and the lettuce in both wraps was brown, old, and honestly disgusting. The chicken strips inside the wraps were rock hard and definitely tasted like they’d been sitting under the heat lamp forever. My entire order was basically inedible. Super disappointing experience, especially for the price paid. Quality control seriously needs improvement at this location.

I had an outstanding experience at Popeyes late tonight, and I wanted to recognize Raman Sidhu for providing exceptional customer service. Even though it was late at night, Raman and her team took the time to ensure my entire order was prepared fresh instead of serving food that had been sitting under the warmer. Thank you for going the extra mile—it truly didn’t go unnoticed. This was one of the best late-night fast-food experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location!
