Accepting donations of blankets, clothing and shoes, this Church offers meals and a safe sanctuary for a few hours each day for Street People and any one needing a cup of coffee and peace for the Soul!
I love this church, especially for their recovery service on Sundays at 6:00 pm. This place makes you feel like family and everyone is welcome. Also houses a ton of recovery meetings (NA, CA, AA etc) and other cool things to do ☺️
They have free clothing and meals on certain days-very nice people who volunteer there
Super friendly people. Help out the community in so many ways!! I attend a meeting here every Sunday :) love the atmosphere
I attend the Cma meetings here on friday nights. Always a good time. I love everyone. God bless

Central United Church at 131 7 Avenue SW in downtown Calgary is a working United Church congregation, not a mosque, and a space in the church hosts Friday Jumu'ah, known as the Church Musallah Downtown.

There is one prayer each Friday. The church keeps its own services, so check the time before you go.
