We recently ordered a half tray of Chicken 65 Biryani, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The chicken was sticky and lacked flavor, and the rice did not seem fresh. Because of the poor quality, we had to throw the entire tray in the dustbin. We called the restaurant to explain the issue. The staff member we initially spoke with was polite and said they would inform the owner, who would call us back. We waited more than 90 minutes before receiving a call. When the owner finally called, instead of trying to understand our concern, he began explaining different scenarios and seemed unable to understand the actual problem. Eventually, he started arguing and spoke rudely, asking, “What do you expect from us?” As a customer, I believe the owner should listen carefully and respond professionally. We clearly told him that we were not expecting a free tray or any concession. We only wanted to provide feedback so that the issue would not be repeated. Unfortunately, the conversation ended in a very unpleasant manner. Because of this experience, we will not be ordering from here again.

My daughter and I were really craving biryani when a friend recommended Biryani Pot, saying it was definitely worth trying. After browsing their website, I was pleasantly surprised to see how reasonable and competitive the prices were, especially for the quality they promised. We decided to give it a try, and we’re so glad we did! The biryani was flavorful, aromatic, and perfectly spiced. The rice was cooked just right, and the meat was tender and juicy. We also ordered a chicken appetizer, which was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. You could truly taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. The portion sizes were generous, making it great value for the price. Overall, it was a satisfying and enjoyable meal for both of us. We’re already looking forward to ordering again and trying more dishes from their menu!

Reason for 3 -star rating: The food was tasty and the portion size was good. However, when placing my order, I specifically requested mild spice level, but the biryani was extremely spicy and hot. I couldn’t eat or enjoy it because of that. Please make sure to follow the customer’s instructions next time.

I honestly started missing India after having mutton Biryani. After almost 6 years of living in Canada, this is by far the best food I’ve had here.
