Desi Urban Chai Hub has such a nice vibe overall, though the music can get a little too loud at times. Service does take a while, especially when it’s busy, but honestly, it kind of gives you more time to sit, relax, and enjoy conversations with the people you came with. I’ve been there a few times now and tried quite a variety from their menu — Mix Parantha, Methi Parantha, Paneer Parantha, Kadak Chai, Elaichi Chai, Tulsi Chai, Vada Pav, Paneer & Mix Veg Pakora, Crispy Aloo pakora, Tandoori paneer sandwich, Tandoori Soya Chaap, Pav Bhaji, Dahi Bhalla, Manchurian, Mango Lassi, Aloo Puff, Nachos, Paneer Burger, Gulab Jamun, Gajrela, and Kheer. Everything was genuinely delicious. But if there’s one thing I’d absolutely recommend trying, it’s their chai — easily the best part of the experience ☕️

I have not been to this place 3 to 4 times. Each time, the service has been consistent in the food has been amazing. Everything is fresh and authentic. And the value is amazing. Their chai is so authentic that it reminds me of being in India, having authentic chai at a proper roadside stand. I also love the interior. It is very warm and welcoming and nicely done. And their washrooms are outstanding. Everything is done hands-free with doors opening and closing and self locking. And they’re spotless. The ladies in our group were absolutely delighted. Overall, this place is fun, friendly, casual, and yet you can still do dining at the table and be served. Whether you’re ordering a quick deli or Mumbai style sandwich, or a full meal – their pioneer sizzler is amazing – nothing is lacking hearing and taste, authenticity and value. I would highly recommend this place.

I ordered the Amritsari Kulcha with chole, and it was really delicious! The kulcha was fresh, crispy on the outside, and perfectly stuffed, while the chole were flavorful and well-seasoned. The dine-in experience was also very pleasant—the restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, great food and a nice place to enjoy a meal. I would definitely recommend it and will be coming back again!

Amazing place and delicious food. Hakka Noodles: Perfect stir-fried noodles tossed with crisp bell peppers, onions, and cabbage. Okra Masala Curry: A richly spiced bhindi masala. The okra is cooked down beautifully with a thick tomato-onion base, Masala chai/ginger Tea: karak chai - loved it Highly recommended

I had a very disappointing experience at Desi Urban Chai Hub. The food quality was extremely poor. I ordered an Amritsari kulcha, and the taste was far below expectations—bland and not fresh at all. The cold coffee was even worse; the glass was mostly filled with froth, and once it settled, the quantity was noticeably less. On top of that, the taste was very disappointing. I also ordered a mixed paratha, which was a complete letdown. It had almost no filling inside. I took one bite and couldn’t continue—it was that bad, so I left the entire plate untouched. What made the experience even worse was the service. Despite clearly not consuming the food, there was no effort to address the issue or offer a refund. Overall, this place does not meet even basic expectations for food quality or customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone. I ended up going to Vivaan’s Yummies Indian Street Food afterward, which was a much better experience altogether
