It was so good my friends kept taking bites from it and i had to get a 2nd one 😅. Thank you Hiran for that delicious shawarma. 2 minute Update: we got 3 more sandwiches
Ordered 5 chicken shawarmas thinking it would taste like a chicken shawarma but it tasted like everything but a chicken shawarma. Chicken shawarma was so bad we all had to stop eating it and we were already 30 minutes out so we had no time to go back and ask for a refund. Onion rings and fries had a an old taste like it was kept in a freezer for too long and the chicken in our sandwich wasn’t even the one displayed in the store. Food had to be thrown out and money was wasted. I usually don’t leave reviews yet alone bad ones but right now I’m having such bad stomach issues i HAVE to warn people. Wish I could get a refund sigh.
The shawarmas were too saucy. The sauce wasn’t good. And the fries were $6 and the quantity was very less. Wouldn’t recommend this.
The front counter is nice, just wondering why he is alone during the peak time. After taking the orders he also making the shawarma doing all at once.. kudos to you 👏💪💪, i tried the chicken mild spice it was perfect.
We were very happy to find an Halal option on our trip but we were much happier with the Chicken shawarma that we tried. Great Taste, Quality and Fresh.

One of the best shawarmas I've ever had. Aunty was super nice. Pointed to the halal certificate for our benefit. Then whipped up the best shawarmas (to our surprise) for the 6 of us. Thank you Aunty!

Small halal shawarma counter inside Park Ave Mall at 211 Banff Ave in Banff, the first shop as you enter the mall, between Big Bear Trading and Stones Jewellery.
What to order
Get the chicken shawarma mild, and ask for the sauce light so the chicken comes through. Several diners have liked the chicken, which they found tasty and fresh, and one visitor came back for a second wrap. One diner called the mild chicken perfect. The shop also sells convenience items, cigars and vapes, as the name says.
Before you go
One person usually takes the order and cooks it, so arrive a little early at busy times. Service has been friendly, and one diner says the people behind the counter are lovely. Check the bag before you leave, so the order matches what you asked for.
Finding it
It is a handy stop when you are walking the avenue. This is not Banff Shawarma, the larger shop further up the avenue.
