Beutiful experience . We went there starvin marvin and left soaked to our socks. The bubbles are nice but they are kinda huge to swallow whole. I feel like they should make smaller ones.

I ordered three drinks at this location and experienced horrible customer service. The employee kept asking, "Anything else?" with a smirk on his face, which came across as rude and unprofessional. He seemed unhappy to be serving us and didn't even offer or suggest a drink tray for our order.The employee was working on Sunday, June 14, between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

I love this Gong Cha location and have been a loyal customer for years. Recently, though, I’ve noticed that my large drinks have been coming with a lot of ice, even when I order “less ice.” At first, I thought it was just a one-off mistake, but it’s happened the last five or so times I’ve ordered. Normally, this wouldn’t be a huge deal, but since Gong Cha lets customers customize their drinks (like ice levels), I feel like this part needs a bit more attention. Tonight I actually dumped out the ice from my “less ice” drink, and it filled about two-thirds of the cup. I’ll try reminding the baristas next time, but I’m hoping that if the operators see this, they might be able to remind staff to keep an eye on ice levels. Bubble tea isn’t cheap, so it’d be great to make sure we’re getting the full drink we’re paying for!

The taste is really good. They have tea options. lot of smoothies shakes. I would suggest at least you should visit once and you will be loved it The tea and shakes . Staff are friendly and kind

A nice little Gong Cha bubble tea shop in Lincoln Park. Great spot to pick up a tasty and well prepared boba drink. Friendly staff and a big parking lot outside. The usual menu but be sure to check out the egg waffles! They're delicious
