After reading the reviews my husband and I, who love burgers, decided to try this place out. We were interested in the burger bundle because in the pictures it was $20, however this had not been updated and is now $37.99. We ordered the bundle for 2 with 2 burgers and fries and a milkshake each. I ordered no onion amd my husband had no lettuce or pickle. The first to come out to the table was the strawberry milkshakes. These were fantastic. Good flavour and consistency. Only thing that would make them better would be straws that weren't cardboard (not the establishments fault). The burgers came out next and were a bit underwhelming. The fries were hot with excellent seasoning. Don't eat them once cooled as not as good as when they are pipping hot. My burger had onions on it, the only thing I ordered off. And my husbands had no lettuce or pickle, as ordered, but didn't have onion. The hamburger patties were real meat but had no seasoning at all. Maybe invest in some seasoning salt as that would help. Over all the burgers were not great. The staff was not overly friendly. They were joking around with eachother while making the shakes but couldn't even crack a smile for the customer. They didn't mention the special stampede burger until we were paying but then said it was too late to change the order, even though it had not even been paid for yet. The table next to us was dirty, and even though we were the only people in the establishment, it was never cleaned (see pictures). Maybe the staff should be trained in customer service and cleaning protocol.

Lively family owned neighborhood food spot with shakes, ice cream, dessert and burgers. We tried the premium shakes and poutine with butter chicken sauce. Poutine is a generous size suitable for sharing. Owner was very nice and attentive. The place was spotless and you could see the level of care throughout. Bonus points for painting of BTS Jungkook on their wall mural.

“Great place for desserts and burgers! The shakes are rich, creamy, and come in many unique flavors. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy. The atmosphere is fun and perfect for hanging out with friends. “Very friendly staff and quick service. They made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!”

Went to Holyshakes @ Sage Hill because I was craving a good shake and halal burgers, and they did not disappoint! Everything—from the food to the ambience to the service—was awesome. Jay was super helpful and recommended the poutine, which tasted amazing. Highly recommend Holyshakes if you’re craving halal burgers and delicious shakes!

Unfortunately, the evening staff provided very poor customer service. They were unfriendly, showed little respect toward customers, and made us feel unwelcome. We were a couple with one child, but were given only one fork. When we asked for an extra spoon, the staff made unpleasant facial expressions, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. The atmosphere of the place is excellent, but the quality of customer service—especially during the evening shift—needs significant improvement.
