They're on the phone all the time, and when it's time to pay, they mess things up. This is because they're not focused and are distracted by the call. Sometimes they add or subtract clothes for the customer, or items that don't belong to them, and they still charge the full amount. They're not prepared to serve customers. I had a problem before; they charged me an extra $20 for an item that didn't belong to me. They calculated it incorrectly, and when I checked the receipt and the items I bought, I found they had charged me an extra $20. The store is very far away; I couldn't go back with my children to claim the money. The checkout is disorganized and there are no prices on the clothes. It's very difficult to buy from this store.

Dubai Fashion at both locations truly exceeded our expectations. They put in so much effort to help us find the perfect Eid outfits, showing immense care and patience throughout the process. It was clear they wanted us to feel confident and happy with our choices. When we needed to exchange something, their understanding and kindness really stood out it made everything so much easier during what can be a stressful time. If that lady is the owner of the store she should change her attitude and have more energy to talk to people. But if she’s an employee i think she doesn’t deserve her salary. So disappointed by their customer service.
