Apple and Google both claim they’re open till 11 PM. Went to go get some bubble tea at 10 PM / 22:00 hours. They said they were closed even though their signs and online advertised otherwise. 10 out of 10 would never come here again for false advertising as a business owner who has been in this industry for over 10+ years you never turn down an opportunity to help a customer and make a sale and keep your lights on. Plus the door was unlocked and the showroom lights were on.

When I living in Calgary I used to visit very often. All the staff were so kind and friendly✨💖 Even after coming back to Japan 🇯🇵I still drink gongcha,but I really miss the gongcha here in Calgary🥹🧋💖

Great Gong Cha location. Clean, friendly service and everything tastes delicious - as per usual gong cha quality. Can also recommend their waffles! Shoutout to whoever puts a fire hiphop playlist in the evening hours!!

Horrible location. Made my passion fruit green tea so flavourless and dull. Literally the worst drink it tasted like water and was six dollars for this quality I strongly recommend do not go to this location and staff is super awkward or unwelcoming. Also waited so long even though there was no customers. Strongly recommend shawnessy location staff is so nice and the drinks are so good usually like gong cha but don’t go to this location. They do not know what they are doing.

We went to this Gong Cha on Oct 4 at aroud 8.30pm and had some confusions while ordering, which we then brought to the staffs' attention. We did not have to explain or argue that much as the staffs were very understanding and willing to quickly accommodate our extra requests. Every Gong Cha store tastes the same but it's this kind of service that makes me remember this specific one.
