The food here is absolutely top-notch. We ordered the Mix Pakora Platter, Elaichi Chai, Masala Chai, and Mango Lassi. Everything was delicious and authentic—the flavors are easily a 5/5. The dip that comes with the pakora platter is especially tasty. ​Service: 2/5 I wanted to support the staff because they were working hard to manage long queues, so I even provided a 15% service tip upfront before receiving our food. However, the experience became a bit disappointing when we asked for an additional dip for the platter. Even though it was a large platter, we were asked to pay an extra dollar for more sauce. ​What felt particularly unfair was noticing later that smaller, "mini" dishes also come with the same amount of dip. Charging extra for a supplement on a full platter felt a bit nickel-and-dime, especially after tipping well in advance. ​ Go for the food and the chai, as they are excellent, but the management could definitely improve their service policies regarding small extras for larger orders.

I understand this place is very busy, but I genuinely struggle to understand the 4.5-star rating based on my experience. Order: 2 samosas, paneer wrap, kesar chai, masala chai. Samosa: Unfortunately, these were disappointing. The exterior was overcooked with dark spots bordering on burnt, while parts of the pastry inside were still slightly undercooked and thick. The potato filling felt dry and grainy. It also seemed like the frying oil may have been overused, which affected the taste. The chutney tasted like it came straight from a bottle rather than being freshly prepared. Paneer Wrap: The paneer pieces were overcooked and lacked flavour. The wrap felt bulked up with large pieces of lettuce and onions, along with a random sauce that didn’t really complement the filling. Overall, it lacked balance and seasoning. Kesar Chai: This tasted more like rose tea than saffron. The flavour seemed artificial and left a slightly bitter aftertaste. I ended up leaving most of it unfinished. Masala Chai: This was decent — not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. Overall, it felt like the focus may be more on expanding locations rather than maintaining food quality and consistency. I’ve tried two locations so far, and both visits were disappointing. Based on my experience, I would suggest exploring other options.

Parantha and tikki were good. I didn't like how the cold coffee tasted. I had to wait for over 25 minutes for the coffee, apparently they forgot to make my order.
