This is one of the worse Gong Cha in Calgary, the mango smoothie I ordered was half syrup and half frozen mango bits and ice that just became particles in the drink and was so sugary and was quite terrible, the drink just tasted like sugar water with some mango flavor hygiene wise I don't see much problems unlike what other people said but I am disappointed in the quality of the drink is so bad, of course there are some better ones like the teas they have but instead just get a milk tea instead they are terrible with fruit. Staff also were quite quiet and hard to understand but other than that this location is very mid

Absolutely loved this bubble tea shop! The drink was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet and the way we asked for. The tapioca pearls were soft and chewy, just the way they should be. The staff were super friendly, patient, and gave great recommendations. The store itself was clean, cozy, and had a great vibe. Definitely one of the best bubble tea spots I’ve been to, and I’ll for sure be coming back again soon to try dirty brown sugar latte.

I have visited Gong Cha at Market Mall a few times, but unfortunately the customer service has consistently been disappointing. The guys at the counter seem to have very little interest in interacting with customers. They rarely smile, don't offer any help when you're trying to choose a drink. Small gestures also make a big difference. When handing over drinks, they never provide napkins. On my most recent visit, after removing the plastic wrapper from my straw, I asked if they had a garbage bin. Instead of offering to take the small piece of plastic or having a small bin behind the counter, the staff member simply pointed toward the mall garbage bin some distance away.The drinks are good, but customer service is just as important as the product. A welcoming attitude, basic courtesy, and attention to small details would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

The Gong Cha at Market Mall is just bad. The service is poor, the staff are hard to understand and not very polite, and the overall experience feels sloppy. The hygiene is also concerning. Staff with facial hair were not wearing beard coverings, which shouldn’t happen in a food service setting. I expect a lot more from a franchise like Gong Cha. This location really needs to improve.

These folks are awesome! The drinks here are fantastic and love the waffles. May be a short wait for some stuff but the quality is always good. The manager and the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely a good spot to stop at Market Mall!
