*** READ BEFORE YOU ORDER *** We have ordered from this location on a few occasions and never had issues at all. We decided to place an order which was $65 and included a $5 delivery fee. Immediately after placing the order the location calls me on the phone to cancel the order saying we live too far away. We are 9 minutes door to door from their location on 130th avenue. How is that too far? Turns out the real problem is we tipped ZERO DOLLARS as we have always given a cash tip at the door. *** ALWAYS *** We do this to ensure the person delivering our food is receiving that money. I don't care if its skip the dishes, pizza73 or some independent restaurant. Either way he was complaining to me that the order wasn't enough for him to make this LONG DRIVE for delivery. The pizza and chicken was AT BEST mediocore. We ordered at 8:46pm. Delivery was completed at 9:11pm. Take away the 10 minutes for delivery and that means they had prepared our food in under 15 minutes. Pizza was not remotely properly cooked. As many have reported the underside was still partially raw. Boneless wings were fine but they are also pre-cooked. Chicken Wings were questionable. 24 hours later my wife has food poisoning. Either the food wasn't cooked appropriately or they did something to the food intentionally all because we refuse to pre-pay for a tip??? I think they need to get it through their head. $65 for 1 pizza + 8 wings + 8 boneless chicken bites is VERY PRICY. We do it only because they deliver to our area which is a newer community. Will be the last time. We are placing a complaint with AHS to have the place inspected.

Ordered 30 pcs wings today and filed a complaint that the wings were raw !!!! I have 2 toddlers I’m trying to feed and I tried calling them on the phone the rep only wanted to give back a $15 credit and wasn’t able to return refund . I declined it and sent customer service an email with photos for a full refund .. will update once I receive a response

Ordered 2 pizzas with sesame seed crust and neither pizza had more than maybe 3 seeds on one slice. There were more sesame seeds on the actual pizza than on the crust. I included photos of the two pizzas as well as a photo of an actual sesame seed crust pizza from a different location, for the staff here to possibly learn what a sesame seed crust pizza is supposed to look like.

order 20 chicken wings in store not cooked properly that were full of blood. Very bad experience with this store will never ever visit this again. i will recommend not to visit here we are paying not for this type service, there’s many other stores where we can have good service with good food.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this Pizza 73 location. While placing my order, I simply asked what came with the Large Pizza & Wing Meal because I wasn’t familiar with it. Instead of answering my question, the employee kept responding with “Sorry, what?” in a rude tone. When I repeated myself, she loudly said “What??” again while I was still speaking, making me feel like I wasn’t being listened to. As someone who works in fast food, I understand that it can get busy, but there’s no reason to speak to customers with an attitude when they’re just asking for help. This was my first time ordering from this location, and unfortunately, the poor customer service left a really bad first impression.
