I love pizza 73 but this location is awful for the pizza. I got the boneless wings and they were great. Fries were great. The pizza was just a pepperoni and mushroom. It literally had barely any sauce as you can see below. It was like eating crispy bread. Barely any cheese either. So what you want me to pay 8 dollars extra just to have a normal amount of sauce and cheese??? 4 dollars each if I did that. Anyways. I will never order from here again. The one downtown has waaayyyy better cheesy saucy pizza that you don't have to pay extra for.

Normally I really enjoy Pizza 73 but not  this location. I ordered the Everyday deal and funnel sticks. Anything that came from the deep fryer was extra greasy and soggy. I tried reheating the wings and fries in my airfry oven after blotting off some of the grease. Bad idea, air fryer caught on fire and some of the wings too. Sorry no pic of air fryer on fire, too busy trying to put that out, wave smoke out of my house and tend to my extremely frighten dog who was scared over the smoke alarm going off. So much for picking up take out to have a stress free Saturday night dinner at home. Called customer service and was told that they can replace the food if I drive there and pick up. We'll I can't because I am waiting on some furniture to be delivered which I  rushed home for. They didn't apologize just wanted me to leave in the middle of eating the pizza and rush over to get replacement sides. They begrudgingly offered to deliver the replacement. So they are having a replacement delivered.  Which is I guess fine, but at this point I don't think I can even eat dinner since I am too pissed off while airing out my house while it's freezing cold outside. An hour later Pizza 73 delivered replacement of the fried food. The replace wings were better but the other items weren't. I know I will never order from the Haysboro location ever again, and it will be a long while, or if at all if I order from Pizza 73 again if it all with the way the corporate customer handles complaints.

Really enjoyed my experience at Pizza 73! The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot. The staff was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Great service, great atmosphere, and great pizza. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I ordered the chicken burger expecting something pretty straightforward but apparently “cooked through” was more of a suggestion than a standard. The inside was severely underdone and definitely not what you hope to see when you cut into poultry. I get that mistakes happen, but serving undercooked chicken isn’t exactly a small oversight, especially at a restaurant that claims their mission is to offer exemplary service. As much as I wanted to enjoy a simple burger, it’s hard to feel satisfied when the food isn’t fit for human consumption. Friendly staff and good intentions can only go so far but at the end of the day getting the food right is kind of the whole point of a restaurant.

The food was amazing, the area was pretty clean but there was only one staff member and she was very fast with orders! I do wish that they had more staff so one person wouldnt have to do all the work but otherwise amazing!

Last week we ordered 2 XXL pizzas with double pepperoni and double cheese. The pizzas were LOADED!!! Sooooo good..... We ordered again this week double pepperoni and double cheese. This time they were SUPER stingy with the toppings :( NO WAY was there double cheese or pepperoni :( even for a regular cheese or pepperoni pizza it seemed on the lighter side for toppings.... And this time Both pizzas were COLD ❄️ I wish I could attach a picture because the cheese that was on the pizza isn't even fully melted ..... I'm only giving a 4 start because last week the pizza was great. If I had gotten this order first I would definitely not be back.... Thanks for responding, however you clearly didnt read the review! We were NOT happy with our order :(
