This place was immaculate as they all are. Service was great. Food was fantastic of coarse. I have to say we have never had a bad experience at any of the restaurants we have eaten at. The Monday burger deals are unbeatable. The chicken is always juicy and good size pieces.

Place was busy when I arrived but the line moved quickly. Had the 2 piece signature chicken with coleslaw and root beer which is more than enough for 1 person. The chicken was delicious, not much to say about the fries, good but nothing special, and if you like coleslaw it's pretty good. The place is small with minimal seating, so not good for a large gathering but great for takeout.

We ordered late, 30 minutes to close. 2 Big Marys and a tater poutine. Even though they were almost closing the Big Mary was 100% the best one we’ve ever had from them, crispy outside and super juicy inside. Perfect!! Thanks!!!

Very disappointing experience. We are regular customers and have been ordering from this location for quite some time. This time, we were told our order would be ready in 10 minutes. When we got home, the fried chicken was extremely oily. We called the store and were told that fresh chicken needs about 20 minutes for the oil to drain. If that's the case, customers should not be asked to pick up their order after only 10 minutes. When we went back to replace the order, no doubt they replaced that but the employee at drive thru was very rude and kept arguing instead of understanding . We were told that we 'always complain,' which is simply not true. It happened twice but as a regular customer who know what the food is normally like, and we only bring up concerns when there is an actual problem. What made the experience worse is that this is not the first time we have encountered poor customer service from the same employee. Every time we pick up an order and she is working, her attitude toward customers seems unfriendly and unprofessional. The conversation ended with the employee forcefully closing the window, which was unprofessional. Customer concerns should be handled with respect, especially when they come from loyal customers. Unfortunately, this experience has made us reconsider ordering from this location in the future. The problem wasn't just the food it was the attitude when we tried to address. Customers concerns should always be handled respectfully.

A really good place to grab a tummy-filling meal! Their Big Mary Chicken Sandwich Combo Meal is just right to fill you up. The chicken has just the right outer crunch and juicy-ness. I would recommend getting Taters with it to get the most bang-for-your-buck. Dining room is small and relatively clean and not so busy all the time. I think they get most of their business via drive-thru. Highly recommended for those craving for really good fried chicken!
