I recently ordered from Green Chili on Crowchild Trail in Calgary, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. I tried the chicken, shahi paneer, garlic naan, and paneer pakora and honestly, I couldn’t even wait to get home before finishing it all! The flavors were outstanding. Everything paired perfectly with the mint chutney, which made each bite even more irresistible. The shahi paneer was especially memorable buttery, creamy, and clearly made with care. They also offer a great variety of vegetarian options, making it easy for everyone to find something delicious. You can really tell Chef Imran puts heart into the food. If you’re looking for an authentic South Asian food experience, I highly recommend giving this place a visit. It’s definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!!

Popped in to Green Chili in between hockey games while in Calgary for a tournament. We didn’t realize it was a “to-go” place but it sure smelled good so we decided to go ahead and order to take back to our hotel. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and expedient. I noticed they had a sign up for an app you can order on and save 10% as well! Get back to the hotel about 20 minutes later and OH EM GEE. It was sooooo freaking good and reasonably priced! We also ordered a beef vindaloo but I forgot to take a pic. The mango chicken was DELICIOUS!!!! The garlic naan was perfection. All the meats were tender and just right. We will 100 percent be coming back here anytime we are staying nearby in Calgary. PS We should have ordered more than one rice however. Rice prices were reasonable - white, coconut, and saffron. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!!!

Small place. Quick service and excellent food. The sizzler multi-meat dish was first class, as were the chicken and lamb dishes. The garlic naan was generous, and all the food was piping hot. No ice water, though, for the taste buds!. Reasonable prices. Easy parking in Crowfoot. Recommended.

Best Momo's in the city!!!! Delicious curries. Hot and fresh, homemade. Owner is very friendly. I love watching the videos of him preparing the food on the tv in the lobby. I highly recommend this place. 😃

This used to be my our favourite place for korma and biryani. Everything used to be so good, but the last 3 orders, the food was unacceptably bland. It has been steadily going downhill for a while now and I’m not sure why. The chicken korma last time we ordered was so bland, it had less flavour than a jar or pataks, and the chicken tasted like it was just thrown in without ANY seasoning whatsoever. The samosas are good, but still less flavourful than they used to be. I’m really disappointed with green chili, and after a few “let’s just try them one more time”s, I have come away disappointed every time. Will not be returning unfortunately, which makes me sad as the korma used to be sooooo good.
