Unfortunately, this was the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at many Popeyes locations before, and the food has always been fresh and delicious, but this was my first time visiting this branch, and I was very disappointed. When I got home (about a 15-minute drive away), I opened the food and immediately noticed that both the chicken and the fries were much darker than usual. They tasted like they had been cooked in old oil, and the flavor was nothing like what I’m used to at other Popeyes locations. The food was greasy, the fries were dark and unappetizing, and the overall quality was very poor. It’s also the middle of summer, so food quality and oil freshness should be monitored even more carefully. Customers expect fresh food, especially during the warmer months. I had just finished work and didn’t check the food before leaving. If I had seen it at the restaurant, I would have returned it immediately. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and pays closer attention to food quality and oil freshness. This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the quality I’ve come to expect from Popeyes. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location unless significant improvements are made.

The store is clean and has a comfortable place to sit and eat. Service was quick, and the staff were really nice and welcoming. Everything felt simple, smooth, and satisfying exactly what I want from Popeyes.

I just wanna add something to my previous review. Well the spicy chicken did had an undercooked one and one that looks like it have been fried multiple times but the rest was okay and actually tasted good but the mild one its not even edible. The mild chicken was so dry and chewy its a pain to eat, its like im chewing rubber. I know double frying is done sometimes to crisp up the chicken but i think you guys over did it. I just wanna let you guys know since i ordered thru uber eats and its a pain to talk to customer service. Please check the quality of your chicken

It definitely delivered on taste. Service was decent but not exceptional. Staff were okay and the order was correct, but the experience felt a bit routine rather than welcoming. The wait time was reasonable, though it could be quicker during busy hours. The restaurant itself was fairly clean, but not spotless. It’s comfortable enough for a quick meal, though it doesn’t stand out in terms of atmosphere.
