I don't eat fast food often so we were looking forward to this meal as a treat. We ordered two smash classic burgers. One with fries other sweet potato fries. As soon as I opened packaging both burgers looked liked they were sat on! totally squished with filling spilling out the sides. There was very little lettuce on it too. It was sloppy looking. We also ordered extra pickles and didn't receive it. The fries were also so soggy when pulled out of bag came out as one big clump. Very disappointed and very expensive. I expect much better. Next time I'll go to Macdonald

Great customer service and very clean eating area. The queso crunch burgers were very flavorful, but the patties were quite thin. The fried chicken sandwich was ok, not very flavorful. The poutin was great, the hand cut fries really topped it off.

This burger chain is a decent spot to grab a meal. The food, service, and atmosphere were all okay, not amazing, but not bad either. It’s a good place if you're looking for a quick and filling meal without any frills. Nothing particularly stood out, but it gets the job done.

Left feeling pretty disappointed. The portions have shrank significantly unlike the prices, aswell as the burgers were pretty cold when we got them because they sat on their door counter waiting for the fries to be done. If you’re gonna spend the money on a burger save yourself the trip and just go to 5 guys. Their replies seem to show they only care for appearances not actual service.

I experienced the South Street Burger in the Beltline area off 17th Avenue about 18 months ago and I remember trying their chicken burger. It was one of the best I’ve ever had. I also tried one of their beef burgers and remember being so impressed with the quality. Today I visited this location and I was in total shock when I ordered the chicken burger. They now use two chicken strips instead of a breaded chicken breast. When I took my first bite, I was literally chewing on chicken batter and bun. No chicken. I was so disappointed at how poor the quality is now that they have changed their menu and rebranded. The fries were especially bad. They were bland, unsalted, and the quality of the fries were terrible. They also use the chicken strips for the kids menu now. They used to have Dino nuggets for the kids previously. The problem is that they spice the chicken breading so it tastes peppery. Well what kid is going to eat that? I understand change comes with rebranding. I still like the menu. However, there is no excuse for changing the quality of your products on your customers. You’ve lost a supporter.
