Visited the place over the weekend and had a great experience. The place was clean, the food was 10/10, and to top it all off, Christina at the front was incredibly helpful and friendly. I asked whether the store was halal, and she immediately had the halal certificate ready and showed it to me. That level of transparency and the peace of mind it gave me was truly appreciated. Excellent customer service and delicious food—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been coming to Mary Brown's for a long time, and I really do love the food. The meals are almost always really good, hot, and delicious, which is why I keep going back! Whenever I ask for extra sauce, the workers are great about always giving me some, which I appreciate.However, there are a couple of things that keep me from giving a higher rating. Sometimes the workers act a little mad or frustrated, which can be a bit off-putting, but I try not to let it bother me too much. Also, my friend unfortunately found a metal piece in their burger on one of our visits, and they never really did anything to fix or address the issue.Despite that, the chicken and food are so tasty that I still always go. I'll continue being a regular, but I hope they pay a bit more attention to both their customer service and food quality control!

We love mary browns chicken but this was the worst experience at this location. Ordered 10 chicken pieces was told 15 minutes wait, after that time was told 10 minutes then after a total of 40 minutes 😳 we recieved our order. It is hot, waiting was getting unbearable. The skip orders seemed to be the priority. We could hear arguing in the back about who was suppose to cook the chicken this morning as you seemed to be running out of chicken. Unacceptable! Unprofessional! We will be finding a different Mary Browns to go to in the future.

The young Chinese guy with glasses working in cashier is extremely rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to people and is very impatient. I don’t know why he even has a job here, If I have to keep seeing his face I’m not going to come back again and will be steering my friends and family and neighbours away from this Mary Browns.

Big letdown and disappointment. They clearly had burgers available but refused to sell them at the $1.93 promo price, only at full price around $9.99. If a store advertises a promotion, it should be honoured. This felt misleading — people were coming in expecting the deal and being told to pay full price instead. Very poor customer experience
