Not as expected..got the tenders..the batter was even not stuck to the chicken. Also Popeyes is better tasting and quantity wise really good. Tried once and never again. Please make sure when you franchise out of a good training is provided.

The food is really good here, better than the other locations. But what really pisses me off is when I get home to my family and realize parts of my order are missing....for the 4th time in 3 months. And no, I dont have time to stop and check through the entire order, I shouldn't have to. They are not cheap, they should at least get your order right. Its quite a drive for me to get there so returning isn't an option when you have hungry kids at home waiting. The lady at the drive through speaker couldn't speak good English and I had to repeat the entire order at the windows as well. So I literally repeated the same order twice. Some advice, that I wish I took, no matter how many cars are behind you honking, go through your order and make sure everything is there!

This was my first Mary Brown's Chicken experience. I was thoroughly enjoyed with my meal, the staff were polite and friendly. It was a fast food atmosphere but a little better. I'll definitely be returning for some more!
