i ordered 8pc platter with mac n cheese and mashed potato, i got a friken gravy instead of a mac n cheese. so to the workers there please double check before putting in items in the bag. it wasnt that busy as well, so there should be no excuse.

Today I ordered a family 12 pcs chicken for to go here in Evanston NW. When I got home to check the chicken it has 5 little drumstick, 2 wings , 3 thighs and 2 breasts. Which I ordered 6 dark meat and 6 white. It so disappointed that I only have 2 white meat. And they gave me 5 LITTLE DRUMSTICK…..

First time ordering at this location and it didn't disappoint! Nice clean area, friendly and attentive staff. The Chicken pieces are huge compared to KFC! Haha. Ordered the The Spicy Fried Chicken Family Meal (Dark and White Meat) and the Chicken was hot, fresh and super crispy. Fries and Gravy were nicely seasoned too. Plenty of parking, great location! Looking forward to trying other items on the menu! Thanks!

I have waited for 20+ minutes to get my order just to give me a missing 2 piece of chicken, I ordered 10 pieces and I just received 8 really small chicken. I called the store to complaint but the manager said she will review the cttv, they never accept that they were wrong, she doesn't have accountability to admit that their fault, She can review the cctv whatever she want and Im not afraid because Im telling the truth. Bad service.
