I've been to Prairie Donair a few times now, and it's always been great. The staff are friendly, the food is fresh, and the flavours are consistently good. My favourite is the Donair in a Bag—it's packed with meat, veggies, and sauce, and it's the perfect option if you're looking for something filling without the wrap. Definitely one of my go-to spots for donair. Highly recommend!

I visited Prairie Donair Strathmore before and had a great experience, so I decided to come back today to try their new pizza. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I've had. The crust was fresh, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the buffalo chicken had just the right amount of flavor with a nice kick. Every bite was delicious. What I really like about Prairie Donair is that they keep expanding their menu while maintaining great quality. Whether you're craving donairs, poutines, rice bowls, or now pizza, they have something for everyone. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. If you're in Strathmore and looking for a great place to eat, I definitely recommend giving their pizza a try. I'll definitely be coming back again to try more flavors!

Small donair was 10$, it was child size - perfect for me. If you want more than just a snack, definitely size up. Drove there and straight home (3 min drive) and my donair was barely warm. Ask to have your donair grilled longer so the cheese actually melts. New business and still probably working out the flaws. Great service and very friendly staff.

Alright. The place is nice and clean but they should not call themselves a donair shop. The pictures and advertising is deceitful. They show real donair meat but when you get your donair it is that crappy fake processed Donair meat from a package. The vegetables were fresh but the donair was absolutely horrible. Not authentic , not real donair meat and I didn't even want to finish it. I advise to rename this place and not even try to serve donairs.

Absolutely horrible. First appearance was great. Clean friendly people but wait lets not order 2 things at once! Hungry to say the least and want to eat. Husband chooses progress i choose Donair. Well my Donair was made fast but then sits there and wait getting bread and everything else soggy while we wait 10 minutes for the progress. Then finally get home the donair I wrapped like some amature that couldn't wrap a christmas gift, tin foil stuck to bread because it sat for 10 minutes donair meat doesn't even resemble donair meat. 1 bite and I was done. I will never be back at all what a waste of my money
