We used to order the exact same menu from this Popeyes location regularly, and it was reliable. The chicken was always cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of that signature Louisiana flavour. It was our go-to spot for a reason. ​Unfortunately, that consistency is wholly gone. ​On our recent visits, the decline in quality has been impossible to ignore. You can tell just by looking at the food that something has changed. The chicken we received recently was far from the golden-brown standard we are accustomed to; the colour suggests that the oil used for frying is old and of poor quality. ​The texture confirmed what the picture showed: ​No Crispiness: The famous crunch is missing. ​Meat: The juicy tenderness we loved is gone. It's more oily inside and a bit raw ​Missing Flavour: The originality and seasoning that make this store famous are no longer there. ​We actually let it slide the first time this happened, assuming it was a random fluke because we ordered close to closing time. However, to my surprise, it happened again during regular hours. It is now clear that this isn't a one-time mistake, but a decline in standards. ​A picture alone can reveal a great deal about the current state of this food. I strongly suggest not purchasing from this store until they resolve the issue.

The staff here need new training. I am highly sensitive\allergic to pickles, and everytime I order, I ask for no pickles. The sandwich bag says no pickles, and what do i always seem to get? Pickles. This isn’t just a mistake, but a mistake that could send somebody to the hospital.

The chicken was nice and all was good with the onion rings until I bit into this one. A bunch of batter that was dry, uncooked and tasted doughy. Quite displeased for my first visit to a Popeyes, I'd get the chicken again but this was definitely a damper on the meal.

It’s always a delight ordering Popeyes. The franchise no matter where you go is quite consistent. The chicken sandwich’s and fries are my fave and the kids love their Mac and cheese. A must try for all you fried chicken fiends out there!

I was really disappointed with our experience at this Popeyes. My partner questioned whether our food was fresh because it was ready just a couple of minutes after ordering. After checking, the cashier admitted the food had been sitting for about 13 minutes and offered to remake it fresh, so we agreed to wait. Unfortunately, when the new order arrived, one of the burgers was still wrong. My partner immediately took it back without eating it, but instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake, the supervisor was rude and refused to remake it again, saying they had already replaced the order once. My partner explained that the original order was for the spicy chicken sandwich, not the classic one, but the staff kept insisting otherwise. They eventually refunded the incorrect burger, but by that point the whole experience had been ruined. We were so frustrated by the way we were treated that we left without eating the rest of our meal and left the remaining food on the table. Customer service is just as important as the food, and sadly this location failed on both.
