⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by for the Tuesday lunch special (Beef Shawarma OzBox) and was very impressed! The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed with generous portions. The beef was well-seasoned, tender, and the combination of rice, salad, and sauces made for a delicious and satisfying meal. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience enjoyable from the moment I walked in. Great value, great food, and great service. I'll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Highly recommend this location! 🌯👏

However, the experience quickly hit a wall regarding accessibility and consumer clarity. The menu board is an overwhelming thicket of options that lacks logical hierarchy. Worse, the font size on the digital screens is remarkably small, creating a functional barrier for anyone with vision impairments. Navigating this sea of acronyms and complex configurations is a chore that deters from the casual, quick-service nature one expects from a shawarma establishment. The culinary offering remains a double-edged sword. The lamb is, without doubt, the highlight; it possesses a robust, earthy character that remains unapologetically authentic, setting a high standard that many competitors fail to meet. The rice and fries are well-executed, reliable staples. Yet, the ambition for "fusion" feels misdirected, particularly with the desserts, where textures collide in a way that feels unrefined. Logistically, the location itself is stellar. Situated within a bustling mall complex, it provides seamless accessibility for those with reduced mobility and an abundance of parking, making the visit physically effortless. Despite this, the lack of visible restroom signage in a venue designed for seated dining is a bizarre, puzzling oversight. The most stinging critique, however, is the value proposition. Having lived in Montreal—the true "shawarma capital" of Canada—and having spent years navigating the food scenes of Europe, I find the pricing structure here, with incremental upcharges for basic necessities like pita bread, to be entirely detached from the reality of the genre. At a price point that rivals sit-down casual dining, one expects a more polished, intuitive experience. While the quality is undeniable, the rapport between the cost and the final delivery is misaligned. It is a solid, flavorful meal, but one that currently forces the consumer to pay a premium for a chaotic user experience that desperately needs a strategic rethink to justify its market position.

I ordered a poutine on my way home from work and it was absolutely amazing 10/10 would come again. The staff greeted me with hospitality as the entire interaction was effecient and friendly. My order is unique and I was being a little uncoordinated with what I wanted but they were very understanding and patient. Thank you Gave and Gabriell!

It was our first time trying Osmow’s, and the experience was such a great one! Jimboy and Kaye were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. They made us feel genuinely welcome and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The level of customer service was outstanding 100% all the way. Definitely a first visit to remember, and we’ll for sure be coming back 😊

I want to start by saying this is usually the best Osmow’s in the city. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and the food is consistently tasty. I don’t mind paying a bit more than average fast food because the portions are normally generous and worth it. However, on my order today, I received about half the portion I usually get. I treated myself expecting the meal to get me through my entire work shift, and unfortunately it won’t. I’m more than happy to update this to a 5-star review if management can provide some guidance or clarification. This is still one of the best Osmow’s I’ve been to, and I hope to hear back.
