We were craving paratha and happened to be in the area, so we decided to try this place instead of going to Chai Bar — that turned out to be a mistake. The aloo paratha was surprisingly tiny compared to what most places serve. While the $3.99 price might seem cheap at first, the portion size is so small that you’d need at least three just to feel full. In the end, you actually spend more for much less value. On top of that, the taste was quite ordinary — nothing special or memorable to justify the price or portion. The only positives were the quick service and a pleasant ambiance. Overall, not recommended for paratha at all.

Had an amazing experience at Chaiwala London! The food and chai specially The Pink Tea was absolutely delicious, but what truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Pawan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Chaiwala to anyone looking for great food, excellent chai, and exceptional service. My wife and I visited Chaiiwala today, and what made our experience truly special was Simran. Although Bun Maska wasn't on the menu, we asked if it could somehow be made, and she went completely out of her way to make it happen. Not only did she accommodate our request with a smile, but she absolutely nailed it! The Bun Maska was perfect and brought back so many fond memories. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making customers happy, and Simran's warmth, effort, and attention to detail made all the difference. Thank you, Simran, for going above and beyond and turning a simple visit into a memorable one. Chaiiwala is fortunate to have someone like you. We will definitely be back!

Great experience at Chaiwala Cityscape! Pawan gave us a very warm welcome and was genuinely happy to take onboard suggestions and feedback as the store has recently been relaunched. Ramneet was very helpful with menu recommendations and explaining the offers. We tried the Aloo Paratha on the 50% promo—it was fresh, delicious, and tasted just like homemade. They also have a great selection of fresh pastries, patties, and samosas. Friendly service and good food—definitely worth a visit!
