I visited Flavours while I was in Calgary with my sister and nephew and we had such a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Authentic Nigerian flavors and everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. The plantains and rice were especially good. The customer service really stood out. Daryn was an amazing server, very attentive, friendly, and welcoming the whole time. The lovely lady who made the food even came out to say hello, which made the experience feel very warm and personal. My nephew was a bit of a handful but the staff were incredibly patient and kind about it, which we really appreciated. Overall the food was amazing and the service was even better. I’m only visiting Calgary, but whenever I come back I will definitely be returning here.

Authentic Nigerian cuisine with absolutely delicious food and top notch customer service. We ordered puff puff (delectably soft), egusi with goat meat (succulent pieces of meat with a richly flavorful stew), and jollof rice with chicken (both were perfectly seasoned). My only complaint is that the portion sizes were small relative to their cost, however in this economy I understand this may not be avoidable.

I recently visited their new location on Centre Street and I must say that I was wowed with the atmosphere and service. All the foods I tried here including the naija street snacks were satisfactorily delicious yet affordable!

We tried the African signature dish, jollaf rice, puff puff, and fried plantains. Absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful time. All of the staff came to check on us to show us how to eat things properly and gave good recommendations. I really enjoyed this meal. They even gave warm water bowls to wash our hands with. Highly recommend. Compared to some other restaurants, hands down best African food.

I just visited Flavours’ new location during opening week and WOW. I was absolutely blown away by the service, the food, and the ambiance from start to finish. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Flavours is hands down the BEST Nigerian restaurant in the city and somehow they keep getting better every single time. A huge shoutout to Gage, our server, who was incredible all night. He was attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us amazing recommendations that did not disappoint. You can really tell the staff care about creating an amazing experience. If you haven’t checked out the new location yet, RUN, don’t walk. Flavours never misses!
