It's been about 4-5 days since I visited the Bhatiya store. It was my first time visiting that store because | live in Montreal. My experience was so amazing that it truly made me happy. A girl named Jaspreet helped me so nicely.she was very kind and sweet. I had gone there just to look for one suit, but because of her excellent service, I ended up buying 2 suits and 2 lehengas. The environment of the store was really great. Since it was my first experience there, it became very memorable and wonderful for me. Talking about the owner, he is also a very nice person. 👍🏻 Good staff, good environment 👍🏻
I liked the variety of beautiful dresses. I got a few sets of bangles and a beautiful tray
I always have a great time when I visit this store. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.Jaspreet assisted me in choosing a cloths.She was so helpful and polite. She was very patient in her search for the ideal match and didn't rush me. Will return to shop here!
Very disappointed with the customer service. we came to the store to choose jewelry from different varieties, so the staff should have been more helpful by offering more options or alternatives instead of showing attitude. One of the ladies was rude , she was wearing white Punjabi suit and spoke in an unprofessional way. Also, staff members do not have the right to comment on anyone’s personal life. Customers should be treated with respect and professionalism.
My first time in the store, I got VIP service. One lady had multiple different outfits for me to try on and wasn't happy until I was happy. The seamstress was very quick at taking my measurements. Once my suit was ready I tried it on and the seamstress made a quick alteration and it was perfect. I am very happy with my whole interaction.
Paramjeet is absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful and lovely! Collect is fantastic as well
I have been shopping here for years and I always have a great 👍 experience with all the staff. Their seamstresses are wonderful in doing great work on my Saree blouses . Mr Bhatia and Seema are wonderful people. They sell unique and beautiful products and at an affordable prices:)
The most rude people don’t allow kids or strollers in there store but I hope u know your losing customers don’t recommend never coming back

Had a wonderful experience shopping here. The staff were extremely helpful in selecting the perfect lehanga for me. The tailor did the alterations with great care and attention to detail. Special thanks to the owner for personally taking interest and ensuring the lehanga fitting was done perfectly. Really happy with the service and overall experience!

Fabric shop in the Falconridge plaza at 5075 Falconridge Blvd NE in Calgary, selling cloth by the metre and ready-made South Asian outfits, with alterations done on site. Parking is free.
Fabric and outfits
Bring a sample of the shade you need, and staff will go into the stockroom to find a match. Local alteration businesses also buy their fabric here. Among the ready-made clothes, the lehengas are the ones to look at, and shoppers praise the careful fittings and the tailoring. Bangles and other accessories are on offer too, and the range of dresses is wide.
Good to know
Staff are patient if your search takes a while, and they speak languages besides English, Tagalog among them. Several shoppers say the staff were especially helpful in choosing an outfit, and that the owner took a personal interest in making a lehenga fit properly. Leave time to browse.
