Gong Cha is always one of my favorite places for bubble tea. James is incredibly friendly and always greets customers with a smile. Even with a long line, he made my drink quickly and kept the service efficient. The customer service here is consistently great, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very disappointing strawberry matcha latte. Never ever order this or anything matcha related. They used poor quality matcha and this was so gross 🤢 I don’t usually put bad reviews but this needs to be fixed.

Staff was rude and also didn’t know how to take or make orders. Ordered my drink with boba pearls and they didn’t add them so I went back and asked them if they could remake it. Instead, they blamed it on me, charged me a SECOND time for the pearls (literally crazy) and instead of just remaking my drink, they just put the boba pearls on top which ruined the whole drink (weird texture, temperature, and couldn’t even mix them in). Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any boba place.

Have always been a huge fan of their mango pearl green tea, my all-time favourite :) Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even when it got busy, their staff worked efficiently while still providing great customer service! Highly recommend!! 10/10!!
