Beautiful building, spacious seating area in the inside. Very helpful staff Food was OK. Pretty expensive for burger and fries. The shakes are really good. Very heavy, but delicious. Would recommend for shakes!

Burger was tough and chewy couldn't eat it. The worst burger ive ever had. Large hard pieces I had to spit out. Noone seems to know what they are doing there. Staff clearly wasn't trained properly. Waste of money we will never be back

Well, I've had Shake Shack in Vegas, and now Calgary. Not the same. The Calgary burger industry need not worry about Shake Shack. A very average burger, below average fries. This place does not make a Top 10 Calgary list, in my opinion. Class Clown, Inglewood Drive in, Lil Empire, Boogies, 5 Guys, and other local purveyors I haven't mentioned, all stand heads above Shake Shack. My burger was bland. Their sauce was tasteless. The meat was very lean, to the point of being a tough to chew sandwich. Really dissapointing. Price does not match the underwhelming quality. Opening issues? Hopefully they would be driven to put out a higher standard. I live in Medicine Hat, a drive to Calgary means trying places we don't have. Anybody reading this, a solid stay away. Go the Class Clown, they are a clear number 1.

Paid $40 for 3 burgers and fries. Super small portions and very over priced, and tasted very basic. Theres bigger better burger places out here for the amount of money you pay here.

Burger was 10 out of 10 for me. Meat was tasty and crisp, bun was fresh and soft, and the Shake Sauce was on-point. I'd put this burger in the same league as Fat Burger or Five Guys. Quality burger joint. Fries were good too. Didn't order a shake, but they did look really good too. Not too sure about some of the other reviews but we had a great experience at Shake Shack and will definitely be back.
