When we came in we were hungry it was so hot outside but the temperature inside was so cold. It made us feel so much better. The branch was also so clean and inviting. When we got our order from friendly staff, we were so amazed with our meal because it was so freshly cooked. The flavor was rich and it made our tummies happy. We also tried the frozen lemonade and my goodness it was so good too! We are happy customers and we will surely go back :)

i don’t even know what to say - excited to have some popeyes because it had been a while went into the weirdly empty store and ordered - shocked by how tiny 14 dollars of chicken and one sauce was.. and the sauce was frozen? fun to see the person in the back go from dropping chicken to doing dishes and then just wiping his hands not washing them to go back to chicken, didn’t touch them used tongues but just awwwww. Anyway i used to love popeyes - sad edit: they replied with a link to an american AI chat bot with automated answers and no typing ability - the listed prompt to find did not exist and only american zip codes were searchable - pitiful!

June 7 2026: I never usually leave 1 star reviews but this was the most horrific experience ever at any fast food restaurant in my life. We dined in, the chicken we were served was raw and smelled fishy. I also contracted food poisoning or salmonella from this, writing this as I’m sick from the food I had earlier today. When I brought it back, the shift manager Palwasha said “this is what our seasonings look like”. Trying to assure me that this was somewhat normal😂 Take a look at these photos and tell me if that’s raw or not. Customer service was pathetic and I had to ask to get a partial refund. I advise anyone to not eat here. I will be reporting this to Alberta health and safety. This place needs to be shut down. Absolutely disgusting

We had a great experience during our visit today for our take-out dinner. The service was friendly and accommodating. The counter staff, especially Alan, was very helpful and professional. He communicated clearly, handled our order efficiently, and made the whole experience pleasant. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. Overall, excellent service—keep it up!

I buy a large deluxe combo number two with two sides for my son, couple of times a week from here (drive through). Service was great. Friendly staff was working today, but the cheese & mac side tasted bitter. Either burnt cheese, old batch, or from the bottom of the pot. If you asked me to wait for bit for a new batch, I definitely would've. But giving me something non edible is not nice.
