I am outside of your establishment. It says online and on the business hours that it is open until 10 PM but it is eight and the store is closed and they are not answering their phone. I’m very disappointed because CPU is one of my favourite pizza of places to go to. might I add that I drove 45 minutes to get here and found out that it was closed. never comming back. :( very upset

After a longest time Canadian Pizza Unlimited had done the Justice it deserves in Okotoks. Me and my other half ordered a Medium size pizza and the Service was excellent, took our order in very Professional and friendly manner. Definitely the Gentleman on front counter Name Ruwan very Knowledgeable in the industry and Suggested us the options available in store. Didn't take much time for us to realize he's on the process of preparing it. The Aromatic feeling we got, as the pizza 🍕 was getting baked filled our senses made us really looked forward to enjoy our Tandoori chicken Pizza. In less than 8 minutes approximately we received our pizza and the Presentation, Aroma and the Taste - The three main Ingredients in Food, was all fulfilled. It was cooked to perfection and Ruwan definitely reflected the experience in the industry and after insisting he reviled he's a Culinary School graduate n Definitely he showed n reflected from the outcome from the Pizza 🍕 he served. Thank you again for keeping and setting a new Standard in Pizza in Okotoks. Definitely we will spread the word among our friends and family.....

Google doesn’t allow zero-star reviews, but honestly, if they did, this place would get one. The service is terrible. It doesn’t matter what time you call; they never answer the phone. I called about ten times over forty-five minutes, and it was unanswered each time. The food is, at best, not great, and you have to be careful if you’re paying cash because the employees aren’t very good at math or reading change. I’ve had to tell them multiple times to give me the right amount of change, because this place definitely isn’t worth tipping.

I have been ordering from this establishment since I moved to Okotoks in late 2023 through Skip the Dishes. I have Celiac disease and have never personally reacted to the food I've eaten from here. Recently, I recommended that they add anti-tamper stickers to their pizza boxes that are delivered through Skip, and, low and behold the next time I ordered there were anti-tamper stickers on the box! I am more than thrilled to give my money to this business and I highly recommend them for not only their amazing food (which tastes amazing for being a gluten-free pizza, btw) but also their customer service. Could not recommend this place enough! 10/10 will eat again. :D

My order was pretty simple. 2 medium pizzas. It took an hour to get them delivered so they were cold and one of the pizzas had wrong toppings on it. Not an experience I will care to repeat

Order over $130 in food for my son's 12 bday got pizza and donairs. Don't waste your money. The donairs are filled with olives lettuce and 5 little chunks of meat.
