Love this location. I lived nearby and never have i ever had a bad experience. Food is always great whether its through delivery services or in person. All managers and staff are incredibly nice and serve top tier customer service. I am now moved into another part of the city but i still go to this one 😊

First time ordering at this location. I ordered the 16 piece chicken and waited 15 - 20 minutes so I know the chicken was fried to order. Impressions - Chicken was bland with absolutely no flavour, the batter had a characteristic burnt taste and odour that seems to have been fried at a higher temperature in oil nearing expiry. Preparation is way off from the only other Popeyes I've visited, the Heritage Drive location. The Heritage Drive Popeyes' chicken is much tastier, juicier, and fried to perfection. I thought the purpose of franchise locations was to keep food quality consistent throughout the chain. Not in this case.

I wanted the ghost pepper bone in wings, with pickles, and honey mustard sauce. They gave me: boneless honey bbq nuggets, pickles, and buttermilk ranch. I didn't get my honey mustard sauce at all, and they got my name wrong after I spelt it out for the cashier twice. The only reason I know it was my order is because I took the receipt when she printed it and it sure enough had my name misspelled on it. When a second employee called out my order 1) she said the wrong name and 2) and said honey BBQ. I told the girl that called my order, "I wanted the ghost pepper wings." and she gave me some excuse about, "oh we just put it on top." But sure enough when I got home and actually opened the container everything was wrong and the chicken was pure honey bbq, nothing spicy. This wasn’t my first time at this location and usually they do a good job, but this time? The only thing I got from my order I actually asked for was pickles.

We have coming here many times over. This a simple,straightforward and quality place. Never once have we been disappointed. Hence, this deserves top marks reviews. Shout out to Hardik at the front who always takes special care and is always giving recommendations whenever we want to explore options. Definitely recommended!

Abdel took my order and saved me money by recommending a special they had on. So we got 3 slider chicken sandwiches, a coleslaw and an ice tea. It was hot (the sliders) and fresh and tasty!
