Okay here's my review!!! first time I went to cosmic pizza and donair ( today) for a donair in Heritage Acadia.. I'm from Halifax and I told him this better taste like Halifax donair because I'm from there and I'll be judging lol Here's my review, the ""best"" yet that I've had in Calgary .. lots of meat, thick slices the sauce taste like home, a little runnier but good. And like home tomatoes ,onions and sweet sauce only. Can't wait to try your pizza next . Thank you for the great donair 👍🫶

I recently ordered takeout from Cosmic Pizza & Donair, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The staff member who assisted me, whose name I believe was either Shah or Ash, was amazing. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was handled quickly and correctly. His outstanding customer service truly made the experience even better. I ordered a Beef Donair and 20 pieces of salt and pepper wings, and the food did not disappoint. The beef donair was filled with tender, perfectly seasoned meat, crisp vegetables, and their signature sauce, all wrapped in a warm, soft pita. Every bite was packed with flavor, and it was clear that they use fresh, quality ingredients. The salt and pepper wings were just as impressive! Cooked to a perfect crisp with just the right balance of seasoning, the wings were juicy and flavorful on the inside with a delicious crunchy exterior. The portion size was generous, making it a great value. Even though I opted for takeout, the food arrived home still hot and fresh, thanks to the careful packaging. It’s clear that Cosmic Pizza & Donair takes pride in both their service and food quality. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. From the amazing customer service by Shah (or Ash) to the delicious food, I highly recommend giving Cosmic Pizza & Donair a try. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Love this place when it's actually open, I called today, they said they were open and drove down for lunch only to get a shutdown location, it's so good when it's open, but we've been trying for about 4 weeks now to get a lunch, and they're just never open, getting told today they were open over the phone, driving down, only to be closed yet again, I've lost all faith, she's dead guys, sad day

Went in over an hour before closing. Cleanliness was not a priority, front windows and door had greasy marks. No one was up front. Someone came out from the back, I ordered a large beef donair. They guy said it would be 20-25 minutes. WHAT?! I said I didn't have that kind of time. I was rxpecty10 minutes tops for a simple donair order, considering I was the only customer there. This is next level poor service. I won't be back.
